I N G R E D I E N T S:
- 1 kg of flour (quantity for 5 - 6 piade)
- A pinch of salt
- 180g - 200g of lard
- Water q. b. (Scarce 250g)
- No bicarbonate, no yeast
- Mix the water and flour with the lard, alternatively you can use extra virgin olive oil.
- Leave the dough to rest, already divided into balls, for half an hour and an hour in the covered fridge.
