- The payment of the CITY TAX is always excluded from the quote, equal to € 3.20 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
Children under 14 are exempt from payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Confirming the RESERVATION is very easy!
• Your reservation is valid only after you have received our confirmation of receipt of the deposit.
• Requests for a quote made to the Hotel are to be considered binding and do not represent a reservation in all respects, because they are subject to availability.
To definitively CONFIRM your reservation, a DEPOSIT equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay will be required.
This can be done by bank transfer, money order or credit card.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATIONS THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICY WILL APPLY:
- For cancellations communicated with at least 45 DAYS notice before the scheduled check-in date: the deposit will be FULLY REFUNDED and no further payments will be due.
- For cancellations made between 44 and 25 DAYS before the scheduled check-in date: the 30% DEPOSIT paid WILL BE RETAINED and no further payments will be due.
- For cancellations made between 24 and 8 DAYS before the scheduled check-in date: the deposit will not be refunded and an additional payment of 20% of the total cost of the stay will be required (for a total of 50% of the cost of the stay).
- For cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date or in the event of a no-show: the deposit will not be refunded and an additional payment of 70% of the total cost of the stay will be required (for a TOTAL of 100% of the cost of the stay).
- In the event of a late arrival, postponed arrival or early departure, the total cost of the stay will be charged (for a total of 100% of the cost of the stay).
- Cancellation conditions also apply if the rooms are partially or completely re-rented.

- PETS AND SMALL DOGS: cost of € 10 per day;
MEDIUM SIZED DOGS: cost of € 15 per day;
- LARGE DOGS (>24kg): cost of € 20/30 per day;
- Owners will be responsible for the conduct of their animals and for any damage caused,
