The brunch inspired by New York but adapted to the Romagna style, the brunch made in Riccione of the Diamond Experience Hotel awaits you with proposals for all tastes and 2 special ingredients: the quality and passion that we put into everything (and in every recipe).

A triumph of cold pasta, rice salad, pizza and spianata - as Riccione likes to call the classic focaccia - to be stuffed with local cheeses and cold cuts, carefully chosen from the best in the area.
