only restaurant in the capital to have 3 Michelin stars.


The restaurant is located inside the Waldorf Astoria Resort "Cavalieri" in Rome, and here you can taste some menus
tastings officially made by chef Heinz Beck!



The sense of refinement and the artistic touch of the chef led the restaurant to obtain in 2001 the first two Michelin stars and,
Four years later, the third star.


The numerous awards that Heinz Beck received have given him more and more fame worldwide, which also allowed him, in 2005, to found with his wife Teresa Maltese the "Beck and Maltese consulting"a company with which they run several restaurants in Italy and around the world.
