For those interested in tackling long night rides, it is advisable to train a few months earlier (during the day), to get the body used to sitting in the saddle for several hours.
Also, it would be best to dress in layers especially when going to the mountains or hills to protect yourself from the cool at night.
Last but not least, equip yourself with a reflective jacket, a luminous headlight at least 400 lumens and a front light.
In the event of a puncture, it is recommended that you bring a spare tube.
