ARTIE 5IVE
Artie 5ive, pseudonym of Ivan Arturo Barioli, is a Milanese rapper born in 2000. Of Italian-Sierraleonese origins, his stage name comes from his second name (also the name of his grandfather) and from the 5 main streets of part of the Bicocca district Milan.
His style is inspired by the Detroit drill school, characterized by sustained bpm, fast and repetitive melodies, heavy bass, acid and explicit lyrics.
We find his first releases in mid-2020, in songs like Five Stars by Sexymoneyg and I Don't Accept Advice by Wenzitoflow or his Until We're Sbronzi and Red Bandana, the latter was the first official video he published.
At the end of 2020 he released, again as an independent, the song Calabasas.
The first appearance of 2021 is instead for the album Convivio by Beggy Saint G in the song Stai Lontano da Me, followed a few months later by Così Parlò Artie 5ive.
2022 is the year of the leap in quality: after Fiaccola, the second video published is that of Anticorpi feat Ddusi, a track that begins to define, Artie 5ive who would soon reach national fame. The pair repeats in the same month with Murder Dance.
