THE 10 TRICKS FOR A PERFECT CARBONARA
1) Always use ONLY bacon.
2) Put only pecorino, no Parmesan.
3) Do not cook the egg, it must not be an omelette.
4) Do not put either garlic or onion.
5) No oil, butter, or lard.
6) Don't use any spices other than pepper, not even chili.
7) Abolished cream.
8) Don't make carbonara… vegan.
9) Spaghetti, bucatini, tonnarelli or rigatoni, everything is fine, just don't let it overcook !!!
