Wonderful experience in a 4-star hotel
A wonderful experience in the heart of Riccione, just a few steps from the sea and Viale Ceccarini. The hotel is tidy and clean, the rooms are well cared for down to the smallest details, and the restaurant fully lives up to its 4-star rating for both breakfast and dinner. The pool is not very large, but it is well designed, with the water at the perfect temperature, and above all the staff are incredibly friendly. Highly recommended.
A satisfying holiday
Once again this year, in August, my wife and I stayed at the Hotel Diamond, now under new management, and just like on previous occasions, we were very satisfied. Our first impression at reception was extremely positive, with smiling staff, great courtesy and helpfulness from Elisa, Federica and Rebecca. Our room was always clean and tidy, ready for us when we returned from the beach, thanks to the very careful work of Michela on our floor. The entire staff was always up to the task and available for any need, expertly coordinated by Mrs Angela, who was truly special and always present, while the head waiter Eli was simply "TOP". Lunch and dinner were served buffet-style, with good, high-quality food and a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. The staff were empathetic, friendly and attentive; to mention just a few names without overlooking the others, Ana, Sofia and Beatrice deserve a special mention, although the whole team deserves our compliments. The hotel's location is perfect, just a few metres from the sea, and there is also a swimming pool for those who prefer not to go to the beach. We had a wonderful holiday; the only downside was how quickly the time passed. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.
The best in Riccione: outstanding staff and a superb buffet 2!
An exceptional stay, absolutely recommended! We stayed at the Hotel Diamond in Riccione and the experience was flawless in every respect. The real added value of the hotel is the staff: incredibly professional, efficient and exceptionally kind, always attentive to every little need with a smile. A special mention goes to the cuisine. We chose the full-board option and the buffet was simply outstanding. There was a fantastic variety of dishes, from starters to desserts, all of excellent quality. What impressed us most was the efficiency: the buffet was continuously replenished, with dishes always fresh and hot right up until closing time and even beyond. We could not have asked for more. We will definitely be back! It is the ideal place to enjoy the sea in total relaxation while being spoiled with delicious food.
