What kind of hotel is the Diamond?

The Diamond Experience Hotel is a 4-star hotel in the centre of Riccione, just 60 metres from the sea. The hotel is open 24 hours a day, with staff always available.

Where is the Diamond located?

We are at Viale Fratelli Bandiera 1, 60 metres from the sea and 600 metres from Viale Ceccarini.

What are the booking and cancellation conditions?

You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival and receive a full refund. Within the final 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained. We accept Visa and Mastercard. The tourist tax is €2 per day for the first 7 days and applies to guests over 14 years of age.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. You can complete check-in online and request late check-out, subject to availability. Luggage storage is also available.

Where can I park?

You can reserve the private parking area in Viale Milano, which is shaded, illuminated, insured and secured with an automatic gate, at a cost of €15 per day. Alternatively, the underground garage in Piazzale Fabbri, 50 metres from the hotel, costs €20 per day. A space for loading and unloading luggage is also available.

Does the Diamond have a pool and sauna?

Guests of the Diamond can access the wellness area at the adjacent Hotel Royal, with pools and whirlpools. The sauna is open all year round.

How far is the beach?

The sea is 60 metres away. The Diamond also has agreements with nearby beach clubs; beach service is not included and is available for an additional fee.

How does the restaurant work?

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served buffet-style: breakfast from 7:30 am to 10:00 am, lunch from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm and dinner from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. We can accommodate food allergies and intolerances: we recommend letting us know before your arrival.

What additional services does the Diamond offer?

The sauna (open all year round), free bicycles and a bar with a bartender for aperitifs, corporate apericena events and other occasions are available. All rooms feature a shower enclosure, air conditioning and a refrigerator.

Can I stay with my dog?

Yes, we welcome dogs for an additional fee of €10 per day. They are also allowed in the restaurant, where more secluded tables are available.

Wonderful experience in a 4-star hotel

A wonderful experience in the heart of Riccione, just a few steps from the sea and Viale Ceccarini. The hotel is tidy and clean, the rooms are well cared for down to the smallest details, and the restaurant fully lives up to its 4-star rating for both breakfast and dinner. The pool is not very large, but it is well designed, with the water at the perfect temperature, and above all the staff are incredibly friendly. Highly recommended.

A satisfying holiday

Once again this year, in August, my wife and I stayed at the Hotel Diamond, now under new management, and just like on previous occasions, we were very satisfied. Our first impression at reception was extremely positive, with smiling staff, great courtesy and helpfulness from Elisa, Federica and Rebecca. Our room was always clean and tidy, ready for us when we returned from the beach, thanks to the very careful work of Michela on our floor. The entire staff was always up to the task and available for any need, expertly coordinated by Mrs Angela, who was truly special and always present, while the head waiter Eli was simply "TOP". Lunch and dinner were served buffet-style, with good, high-quality food and a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. The staff were empathetic, friendly and attentive; to mention just a few names without overlooking the others, Ana, Sofia and Beatrice deserve a special mention, although the whole team deserves our compliments. The hotel's location is perfect, just a few metres from the sea, and there is also a swimming pool for those who prefer not to go to the beach. We had a wonderful holiday; the only downside was how quickly the time passed. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The best in Riccione: outstanding staff and a superb buffet 2!

An exceptional stay, absolutely recommended! We stayed at the Hotel Diamond in Riccione and the experience was flawless in every respect. The real added value of the hotel is the staff: incredibly professional, efficient and exceptionally kind, always attentive to every little need with a smile. A special mention goes to the cuisine. We chose the full-board option and the buffet was simply outstanding. There was a fantastic variety of dishes, from starters to desserts, all of excellent quality. What impressed us most was the efficiency: the buffet was continuously replenished, with dishes always fresh and hot right up until closing time and even beyond. We could not have asked for more. We will definitely be back! It is the ideal place to enjoy the sea in total relaxation while being spoiled with delicious food.
