Puro&Bio was born in Romagna in 2010 by Gianluca Mondardini and Luca Zanotel with the first ice cream shop.

The idea is simple: to combine the passion for homemade ice cream with that for the authentic, healthy and organic products of our land.


A line of raw materials and products ORGANIC certified by CCPB have always been the basis of the work in the laboratories.
