Ironman Italy Emilia Romagna

In Cervia, 14 September 2022 - everything is already ready for the 2022 edition of Ironman Italy Emilia Romagna.

Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 September will see the big days during which athletes from all over the world will compete in the three main disciplines.
 Anticipation is growing for the event, Cervia in fact, hosts the only Italian date of the American circuit for the 5th edition.
On Saturday, the protagonist of the day is the 'long distance' with the start on the Cervia seafront at 7.30 am; 
The triathletes will face an extremely difficult race:

 -3.8 km swimming; 



-180 km by bike;

         - 42.2 km marathon.        



The bike course will take place through the landscape of Romagna to the small town of Bertinoro and finally return to Cervia, tackling the marathon in the centre of the town itself and Milano Marittima.

On Sunday, the triathlon will include two races, always starting from the free beach of Cervia.
The finish line of all three distances is located at the Fantini club.
