DALLE BRANDINE A "BRANDINA"
The "Brandina" brand is a concept created by the Pesaro-based designer and photographer Marco Morosini.
In 2004 Morosini was involved in the "DIVIDIRIMINI" project, a book which, through the collection of images taken at Rimini's baths and lifeguards, wanted to tell the story of the Romagna Riviera and its link with tourism.
Specifically, a unique detail present in the design of the tome is the dust jacket, made of the same nylon weave that forms the fabric of the beach beds. It is precisely from this first fortuitous idea from which the entire Brandina brand will then develop; in fact, on this occasion, Morosini notes how this material is durable, but still very malleable, characteristics that make it perfect for creating bags and other accessories.
This is how, together with his partner Barbara Marcolini, he founded "Brandina" in 2005, distributing the first models of these bags in various retailers in the Rimini area.
Immediately achieving great success, in 2009 the couple decided to start selling their products directly and open the first Brandina shop in Cattolica.
This marks the beginning of an expansion that still continues after 14 years, in fact, today it is possible to find seven different Brandina stores and many retailers scattered throughout Italy.
