How far are you from the centre and the Spa establisment?

We are at 200m from the spa centre and at about 10 minutes walk from the Ceccarini Boulevard the centre of Riccione.

Where can I parke my car ? And what if I come by bike?

You will be able to choose between the parking or the hotel garage with electronic badge, this service is included in the price of some room categories. For those where this service is not included its price is 10 Euros per day. The bikers also are welcome ! We host moto-rallies and race teams, thanks to the vicinity of the Misano circuit.

How far is the hotel from the sea?

At only 100m, it is in fact advisable to leave your car at the hotel in the convenient garage/parking and to get to the beach on foot (3 minutes). Our position offers multiple advantages, besides being very central Via Fratelli Bandiera enjoys peace and quiet, coolness and especially very little traffic.

How are the beaches?

THe famous Romagna Riviera is reknown for its fine golden sand and its sea-bed which gradually deepens. Of a particular quality are the services provided by the sea side establishment.

Are they conventional beaches?

Our hotel offers the service of beach-umbrella and sun-beds at the beach included in the price of the rooms. For the categories which do not benefit from this service contact our reception for information regarding the conventional beach .

What reductions are provided for children?

Particular reductions are provided for children from the age of 0 to 6 years old. Besides, at lunch and dinner baby sitters will be waiting for them at the Diamantino restaurant with delicious menus.

Is there a game park for children?

Our children are little princes and princesses. In the morning everyone to the beach to play with our animators. The afternoon goes quickly with the parties at the beach and in the evening there is the baby dance. At the mini club games, cartoons, library for little ones, play station. And for the babies there is the " biberoneria."

Are the drinks at meals included?

Yes. In all the rooms categories.

At what time can we have breakfast?

Expecting you from 7.30 am to 10.30 am a rich buffet breakfast, served in the garden.

At what time can we have lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant?

Lunch is served from 1 pm to 2 pm, and dinner from 8 pm to 9 pm.

What kind of menu the hotel restaurant proposes?

Our restaurant proposes a different daily menu with choice of earth and sea dishes, fresh season fruit and homemade desserts.

Do you accept animals in the hotel?

Animals of small or medium height are accepted if they are used to closed environment. They must never be left alone in the hotel and their access to the restaurant is not allowed.

At what time the room will be available?

The keys are issued from noon. On departure the rooms should be left by 10am. For particular requests you can contact the reception.

What languages are spoken at the reception?

English, French and German.

Is it possible to book a non-smoking room?

Yes, on demand it is possible to request a non-smoking room.

Can I leave my luggage in the hotel?

Luggage can be left in deposit until the time of departure.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, CartaSi, MasterCard, Bancomat.

Is it possible to send a fax or an e-mail from the hotel?

The reception personnel will be pleased to send any document by fax at the cost of a simple telephone call.

Is there a regular shuttle service to/from the airport?

We do not have a shuttle service, but on demand we can contact the taxi station for you. The journey will take about 20 min.

Where can we rent a car?

Our personnel will help you to contact one of the many rental companies in the area or at the airport.

Are they any shops in the vicinity?

Yes, With very flexible opening hours, from 9 am until 10 pm.

Is there a gym near by?

For anyone on holiday who does not want to give up exercise , our conventional gym, situated at a short distance, will let you benefit of its large spaces and its most modern equipment with weekly or daily passes at special prices. You will find it within the Riccione spa.

How to spend the evening?

Riccione is a very lively place, with different evening meeting points, from the promenade on the exclusive Ceccarini Boulevard to the more commercial Dante Street. One can choose between the many pubs and bars, the many ice-cream parlours and then the fish restaurants on the seaside or those typical inland, and to finish the famous discos well known all over Italy.

I am a fan of golf, is it possible to practice this sport in the vicinity?

Besides Riccione what are the nearest sightseeings?

Our territory proposes a bit of everything, the sea for the aquatic sports lovers (sailing and windsurfing) or for the suntan, excursions to the hills to discover old villages still intact. Many and well known all over the world, the cities of art which can be visited in a day round about Riccione. Forence at 234km, Venice at 274km, Ravenna at 60km, Urbino at 56km, the San Marino Republic at 20km, the Montefeltro Castles at just a few kms with their romantic and fairy-like views, Rimini and its centre at 10km. This is only a short list of the things to do and to see, the Romagna events calendar is very rich, especially during the summer season, for exemple we remind you of the "pink night", important manifestation which takes place each year on the whole of the Romagna coast from Milano Marittima to Gabicce Mare, on about 60km long of beaches.
